Rob Kanzer will explore how emotions and needs are the tremendous twins that--when reflected properly--lead to trust and rapport. Once rapport is established, influence and problem-solving begin to flow.

Having studied Communication Arts at The University of Hartford and The Harvard Negotiation Project (with Roger Fisher author of "Getting to Yes"), Rob received a Master’s Certificate in Dispute Resolution from The University of Massachusetts. Founder of The Cambridge Coaching Collaborative, Rob’s clients include Fortune 500 leadership teams, small and medium sized businesses, non-profits, families, couples and individuals. Former creator and host of WSCA FMs public affairs program: “What Can I Say? - conversations about the best ways to HAVE conversations”. Rob is well known for asking positively provocative questions. An Award Winning Speech Evaluator, Rob is President of Lexington Toastmasters, which helps people find their voice so they can deliver impactful presentations with engagement and poise . Rob was a former board member of Bolder Giving and True Story Theatre, facilitating community dialog and philanthropy - grantees of The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
