Kristine is the founder and president of Effective Focus, Inc. a professional development and change management company specializing in emotional intelligence – working with both the individual and organization systems. Her industry experience includes restaurant, retail, non-profit, and health care. Kristine works exclusively with executive leaders who understand the need for personal and organizational-wide change. Helping leaders get out of their own way and increase personal effectiveness through individual and peer development paths. She ended her corporate career in her last role as Director of Patient Satisfaction after nearly ten years with Baylor Health Care system. While at Baylor she served as a member of the 2012-2013 Board of Examiners for the Quality Texas Assessment and Feedback Program and was a co-author of the Quality Texas Foundation 2012 Texas Award for Performance Excellence (TAPE). She is also a published author of Obligated No More, A journey to a guilt free life, a book designed to help individuals rid themselves of the most common self-imposed barriers to success. Kristine holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Administrative Sciences with a concentration in Organization Behavior and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. Kristine is also certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
